Physiotherapist
Hannah graduated from Deakin University (Melbourne) in 2010 with a Bachelor in Exercise and Sports Science, majoring in exercise physiology before going on to complete her post graduate Doctor of Physiotherapy at Melbourne University in 2013. Following the successful completion of her double degree Hannah has worked in a number of private and professional sporting domains both in Australia and internationally.
Hannah started her career broadly by working at the Epworth Private Hospital (Melbourne) rotating through the different areas of physiotherapy before settling on her favourite area, musculoskeletal. After her stint in the city she moved to East Gippsland in Victoria, where she worked within the local community in a rehabilitation setting. Following this, Hannah moved to London (UK) to pursue her private practice career before returning to work on Groote island. Her time on the island was spent working on acute injury management and prevention within the mining sector as well as providing physiotherapy services to the local community clinics, NDIS services and privately.
In addition to this, Hannah has a strong background in professional sport and has worked with the Richmond Tigers AFL club, Melbourne Storm Rugby League team and has experience with the World Surfing League (WSL). In her spare time Hannah enjoys, travelling, surfing, camping, fishing and playing basketball.
